Head shape for created player?

Is there a better way to "just replace the face" for the created players?
(I mean, the players from the create player option in the game)
I've completed some cyberface pics, but those loda.o, lodb.o,......, really confuse me. For example, if my PLAYERPKG is BAZAZNG, is it possible to find those suitable lodx.o? I found a lot in xpblend.viv, but I don't know if this works.
