roster file on nba live 2003 on PS2.
its for the in game roster you just cant edit with dbf commander its dbc format .

no known way to edit the dbc formats used in PS2 rosters. Man if we could there would be a roster update for the NBA Street games in a second, lol.

i remember downloading this save from gamefaqs some how he edit some play height and weight but i cant understand how he did it.
