My do the dunks suck so badly in 2003? They were great in 2001, respectable in 2002 (and that through-the-legs jam kicks ass), so why did they add all the shittiest dunks ever and take away the good ones?
Whatever happened to the rock-the-cradle from an angle, or the through-the-legs dunk? Why do they have that crap-ass dunk where the guy tucks his legs and clutches the ball? It's terrible. The glide dunks are rare, but really cool, but RARE!

I don't quite agree (have you done the behind-the-back 360? Or that stylish two-hander with no arm bending?) The dunks you mentioned are dunks that very few players can do well. This also belongs in the gripes section.

I like the dunks in 2003. [insert thumbs up here] they're fast and cool. 2001 were good but in slow motion...
But i agree with you for one thing, they shouldn't take away dunks and add different ones...they should just keep adding!

Oops, missed hte gripes seciton, my apologies for not placing this there.
there are some cool dunks in 2003, I freely admit that, but the crap dunks are done far more often than the cool ones.

I hate the dunk where the player basically cocks the ball back and makes it touch his feet because it's just a little to unrealistic. I also hate when on a break away my point guards that can't dunk do one of those switching hands lay-ups and brick it.

I hate the tomahawks, they look all weird, with the players limbs and torso bent at odd angles.
The alleyoops are great, even if the odds of them working are terribly off. But again, one of the MAJOR problems is that all the cool dunks are the rare ones, the windmills are too fast and no one windmills INTO traffic in the lane, the animation is wonky on a lot of the new dunks and they TOOK OUT stuff.
That's the biggest problem with the Live series, they always remove stuff and it bugs me. They should have LEFT the dunks alone and added the new ones, left the hand check button so that intentionally fouling wasn't such a pain in the ass, etc.
