Using eagrahics editor to install .bmp shoes to player

Wed Apr 02, 2003 2:17 pm

  A tutorial i read said that you could use the ea graphics editor to install a .bmp file of a new pair of shoes into the "XPLAYER", then the particular players folder, but MY QUESTION IS "HOW" DO YOU DO SO, EVERYTIME I TRY IT SAYS IT NOT A TAR FILE, OR .FSH FILE??????????????

This has been answered many, many times before. Next time do a search to see if your question had already been answered.

first you open up your bitmap in EAGE, than save it as bsho.fsh in the xplayer folder you mentioned. You can also use it for just home, away, classic, alternate and practice jerseys. In that order bsho_home, bsho_away, bsho_cl01 (01 being whatever number of classic jersey it is,) bsho_serd, and bsho_01 (If you have multiple practice jerseys, name it from 01 to 10) Of course that's all probably confusing to you, so just name it bsho_clxx, or bsho_prxx to start if you so choose to.

U Da Man Chief, Know where i can download more Shoes?????

There should be a readme for those but anyway, in the saves file of whatever roster or franchise you have, there will be a file called something like xcourt maybe which might have the courts. Not sure. But for the jerseys, all jerseys are located in the saves folder in the xteam file. Just use the import wizard to put the new stuff in.
