Black Faces On Players?

i need some files or something because everybody has has black faces.
can somebody tell me about this please?

Probably you loaded a new rooster what you have downloaded.
Some players need cyberfaces and if they don't have the respective patch, their face will remain black.
Try to download playerpatches and install them. Probably thats the problem, I don't know any other reason what causes this
Butt I didn't met a situation that all players faces to be black(?),
well I don't have any other advice......h

I Did'nt Download A Roster Or Nothin.
I Think It's The Error When I Installed it
It Said That It Could'nt Copy Tha Render folder.
If U Have A Copy Of the render folder can you
email it to camdensouthside@yahoo.com
