***GLOBAL TWEAKING***

CAn i globally tweak the ratings using DB Commander? If yes, how do i go about it.

I used to tweak my rosters using DBF Viewer Pro but the problem is that the trial expired and I cant use it anymore.

Hope someone can help me on this.
