Troy Hudson tats in skin tone 04 and fixed patches.

I added Troy Hudson's tats in skin tone 04 to work with Rune's Hudson cyberface.

I haven't completed Ira Newble's new skin tone coz I was fixing the patches. After a few games and tests with some of my mates, we worked out which ones caused the game to crash. The ones we worked out today are as follows:
Jerome Williams
Eddie Robinson
Ruben Patterson
Antonio Daniels
Drew Gooden
Corey Maggette
Jason Kidd
Shawn Marion
Bonzi Wells
Zach Randolph
Karl Malone
We will continue to do more tests, but hopefully that's all of the problems that need fixing. If anyone else has any problems with any of the patches, please let me know (xxx_jediknight_xxx@hotmail.com).

the Webber patch you made...is the wrong armband...its for Christie not Webber...make a patch for Christie

The whole team wears that arm band, not just Christie. Jackson, Bibby, C-Webb, Clark, Jones, Wallace and Christie wear it.
