Folder for NBA player whose surname is less than 4 letters

How do you create a folder for Steve Nash since he only has four letters in his surname?

I like his original EA hair. Is it possible to create a hair such as his and use it for Dirk Nowitzki? The patches I've downloaded for Dirk Nowitzki usually make him more like a 'cotton candied-blondie'.
