Annoying Commentary

Don't you find it annoying when bits of commentary appear, like this:

*Shaq sinks a rare free throw*
-We know that free throws are a major part of this guy's plan (or something like that).

*The Bench Scoring: Denver - 5, Cleveland - 2 in the 2nd half*
-The difference in this game has been bench scoring!

*Free Throws: Washington - 2/20, Sacramento - 15/16, Washington sinks a free throw*
-This team has dominated in free throws!

And so on...

lol

here is some good ones

*Shaq gets his 1rst off. reboumnd
-"This guy has dominate the offensive glass"

*Intro Speech (Says almost every game, even if a good team like Kings against the Bulls, of course Kings will win)
-"If I only get to see only 1 game this week, I think this is it"

*someones first rebound
-"(name) with another rebound!"

Or... early in the game someone scores two in a row (their first four points) and "I can't remember the last time he missed!"

Ah, commentary in sports games. Anyone else had someone step up to the line, have Don and Bob talk about how lousy he is (when he isn't) from the line, only to talk about his perfection at the line later in the game? And yet, I rate their commentary above the real life Bill Walton...

Well... I just got:

*Peja Stojakovic misses 1 3-pointer*
-This guy is a horrible 3-point shooter! He needs to get better looks.

Oh, btw, is it possible to get technical fouls or flagrant fouls? I've never gotten one before...

I don't remember the exact quotation but I used my tweaked roster for the first time, hit just 38% of my shots. Then I scored a basket and the commentary went like this: "The coach can be happy with the field goal percentage they have set" or something like this, cannot remember...

Well... I just got:

This is my all-time favorite comment. Even though I find the grammar somewhat wrong, it always make me laugh...

"Nothin' but net Don. In fact, not even the net!"

That's why I turned off the commentary

How about "<player> grabs ANOTHER board", when it's the first rebound of the game?

1st shot of the game: AND AN OTHER MISS!

LOL, quite funny sometimes.

I was just playing Clippers vs. Cavaliers, and I got these:

Clippers: 4/5, 80% FG
Cavaliers: something, 35% FG
*Cavaliers make a shot*
"The coach can be happy about the field goal mark they've set"

*Carlos Boozer gets an isolation against Elton Brand*
"This is a matchup [the Cavaliers] can exploit"
