Repetitive sideline cutscenes

If I see Virtual Byron Scott whistle one more time, I'm going to go nuts.

My main gripe with the cutscenes is that they can't be turned off, the frequency can only be turned down to "as few as possible". It was the same deal in NBA Live 2002.
