How do I assign shoes for players?

How would I asign Rafer Alston to wear the Skips? What do I download and where do I place the file?

1st: go 2 your Live directory and open Render, then create a folder cold xplayer.
open xplayer (the folder U just made) and create a folder for your player, if U want kicks 4 alston the folder must be named as raalsto (1st 2 letters of the first name and 1st 5 letters of his last name, if u want kicks 4 Kobe Bryant it would be: kobryan) then place the kicks u want in that folder and your done
