Franchise Question

Hi Everybody:
I want to now if everybody have the same "problem" like me in franchise mode:
After one year or two of playing, I've have a truely Dream Team and I win every championship, that's why I sign in free agent pool, for a minimal fee NBA Stars, like Iverson, Marbury, at the beginning of a new season.
I would to know if it's my problem or what.

you can have very good teams, and even if you win, your players refuse to re-sign
