Tweaking??

I've downloaded DK's tweaked rosters and started a franchise. I've just reached the 2nd year and I want to ask if anyone could tell me how to tweak the rookes' ratings.

Please tell me step by step on how to tweak, say FG, and I'll know how to tweak the rest

Also I have MS Office and I've downloaded DB Commander, which one is better for tweaking? Which databases do i have to modify for the franchise?
