What is the best Video Driver for Live 2003?

What is the best Video Driver for Live 2003 and does anyone know a site I can download it from? I have Windows XP with all the latest Direct X drivers.

It would depend on what video card you have...

I"m not really sure; I have a 2001 Dell computer with 540 MB of ram...it's a pretty recent model.....do you know of any download sites???

NO it is not possible. you can't completely turn them off. you can hit a button on the joypad to cut them short even if you're simming a game. But thats about it.

alright...first you need to become a li'l more intimate with your system 
click on your start menu and run...a window will pop up... type dxdiag and press enter
a directx menu will appear and then click on display...here you will find out what type of vid card your rig is pulling
then go here to download drivers
