Is there a way (theres gotta be) to take custome cyber faces (like yourself for example) from Live 2k1 and put them into 2k3? Please let me know i would like to see myself in game again....onl to trade myself away for some real talent...thanks

There is no way to simply take a cyberface from Live 2001 and put it into Live 2003. The cyberface graphics have changed slightly and the headshape files are totally different.
The only thing you could "salvage" from an NBA Live 2001 cyberface would be the cyberface image...which you would have to edit a little in order to get it to look good in NBA Live 2003.
