Can't Start Live 2003 PC

so i just got live 2003 today, i had no trouble installing it but once it finished i got a white screen and an error message. i tried reinstalling the direct x that came with the cd and i exited all my antivirus programs and other background programs and tried reinstalling the game again...same problem still...if anyone has any suggestions that would be really helpful thanks

sorry about that...i have a Dell Dimension XPS pentium II 450 MHZ processor, windows 98, 128 MB of RAM, 6 GB free hard drive space, and a STB Velocity 128 Nvida RIVA display
the error message happens right after i double click on nba live which takes me to a white screen and then says "NBA2003 has performed an illegal operation ad will be shut down." The error message then says "NBA2003 caused an invalid page fault in module ~DF394B.TMP at 017f:1004e396." I think it has something to do with the video card or video drivers since they are old and outdated, but i don't know how I can get more update video drivers that would work with what i presently have. If anyone has some suggestions, that would be really great, b/c i really do want to play this game...badly.
