can´t download patch!!

hi,
have bought an intellimouse optical with usb connection, but now i have the freeze-prob, which should be wiped out with the patch, but i could not dowload it! although i have enabled all that activex stuff and cookies.
always showin "there is no f+++ patch"
help! i want to use my shiny new mouse
