how do you get on except calling to many timeouts have anyone got one of those and another one a Flagurant foul

You can't get a technical aside from the one assigned when you call a timeout with none left. If you foul your opponent hard enough, you will injure them and a flagrant foul will be assigned.

i always foul hard and when they are tired but i never get a flagurant foul

Flagrant fouls are pretty rare.
