sim vs gameplay

Is there anyway to get some realistic sim results and gameplay results at the same time?
This is so depressing.
I have to block 20+ shots just to barely stop them from shooting 60% or abov, or Have Ray Allen leading the league in scoring with 18PPG

hrmm ^^ if Allan is leading the league with 18ppg, it sounds like you need a roster patch.
