How Do Make a Custom Team

well i've damn there tried everything. i have the team but everytime i try to play. the game cuts off. i can't see what there wearing. u can download the dbf files at http://groups.msn.com/RedAlert2Maps/documents.msnw
go into documents if u don't know how to get there.
i recall the dream team rosters, that used to be here.
i jsut don't know how to edit teamgear.dbf. i think is has something to do with the teamnumber. do i create my own number or do i used another number. i don't know. i need some help.
