Changing the jersey (LA CLIPPERS v NJ) crash???

when i play the game clippers at New jersey, the game crashes when i try to select the uniforms. has this happened to anyone? any fixes? did i patch something incorrectly? i dunno, its easily avoidable, but pretty annoying.
