How do you install TNT gameclock patch???

I tried what instruction says, copying all the stuff in my NBA live folder and also that little GFX whatever thing and ran the exe(or bat) file but in the game no change!!! How can i install it??? Also, is it worth it or should i stick to EA sports game clock????
Another thing, is there any website that lists all the moves(freestyles...) for the keyboard???
