Custom Team Creator

Anyone able to make this? A program that allows a simple way to make custom teams (custom logo, name, jersey, etc) would be nice. Can anyone do it?

That would be sweet!! That reminds me of NBA Live 2000 ahhh the good ol' days. Theres gotta be a program out there I remember I did it for Live 2001.
