It is possible to calculate the speed of Shaq

Hey,
most of us are discussing about ratings for example speed.
My suggestion for calculation of speed.
Which factors we need:
The length of the real court
The time which ran the "game Shaq" from "coast to Coast" with the original roster
If the game court in a ratio of the original court we can callculate if Shaq can run like a 60 yard sprinter or not.....
If he is to fast....we can lower the rating of speed....
