Timeouts

It seems like everytime I press my playcall button and then goto press the corrosponding button for the pick and roll the damn game calls timeout. I'm only pressing the button once any help/advice? It called 5 timeouts in the first quarter while I was trying to pick and roll

I know how you feel, trial and error for me, and going back to read the manual. To call your plays, you need to hold the select button, to call a timeout, you just need to tap the select button. In other words, don't let go of the select button if you want to call a play.
