how do u create a new team in a started franchise

i started a franchise, and im playin like the 10th season. but now i want to put the charlotte bobcats into the franchise too, how i do that?
ive been tryin, but it always crashes. i edited the dbfs, includin the SCHEDULE one, but in the game, there is no schedule for the bobcats, they dun appear in the standings menu, and when i try to see the matchup review for the bobcats, the pc crashes: sayin error in mydocuments/nba live/workingdb/team.dbf
someone help me, i really want to continue the franchise, cos took me so long, and i dun wanna start all over again.

You should have created a backup of your Franchise before you edited it. I don't think it's possible to add a custom team to a Franchise that has already been started.
