Bill Walton commentary in Live 2003 - Play by PLay Editor

Can someone figure out how to add Bill Walton commentary into Live 2003 using the newly released Play-by-Play editor.....It was released today on the NLSC main page....can someone figure out how to do this or figure out a way to manipulate the existing program to creat new commentary and ingame speech files....thanx...let me know what you guys think
