Can someone put the crowd closer to the court (o-edit)?

Is this possible because in actuality the crowd is much closer to the court at the arenas in the NBA. It gets annoying that the crowd is so far from the court...And it would give it a more realistic look if the crowd was closer to the court...is it possible to move the crowd in...using the O-edit program?
