question on .o files

Does anyone yet know what the .o files are, specifically like headshape, nose, ears, chin shape?
all files are these but what are they?

kamouka_lodc.o
kamouka_lodcu.o
kamouka_lodd.o

I'm not 100% sure, but from what I know they're just different zoom sizes and such of it. So they're all the entire headshape, but from different angles.

so you cant miss and match someones nose with someones headshape and stuff? That would suck then, oh well i guess i have to find someone who looks close to my headshape and face. thanks for the help guys
