Japan???

I found this out today while trying to fix my Hawks jersey problem. I opened up my saved franchise and opened up location.dbf because i hadn't seen it before, and it had the names and locations of all the NBA arenas, I fixed some (eg. Rockets Arena to Compaq Center) and then scrolled to the bottom and saw for team 39 (rookie pool I believe, it said Ccity Tokyo, state JPN, the name of it was the Tokyo Dome. I haven't seen this before and was wondering if anyone else had. Also has anybody used this arena in the game?

I remember back in NBA Live 95, one of the schedules games was in Japan. Perhaps it's possible to use this location in NBA Live 2003, but I don't think it uses a special arena.

This has always been around in the dbf of nba live games...and ea claims they "rebuild the engine from scratch" . 
A big fan of the emerald hue and much higher state of being/
