Better franchise

UVE PROBABLY READ ALL THE possible ways of making the game more challenging, well this is what i though would be...
i wantd to be Washington but i knew that theu had way too much tallent, so using the regular latest roser i did the following
-only have 10 players on the roster at any time
-must draft 1st and 2nd round
-sim for 4 years
-can only sign one FA, or more until get 10

and what happends, in the 5th year i got a solid team with no one over 81, and its a challenge all the way!!
