i've got a serious problem please help

whenever i press "play now" on the main menu, live crashes to my desktop. this goes for when i try to play in franch too. help?

also, in practice, after i choose a player, and try to go to the next menu, it crashes.

Do you have any patches installed, either custom art or roster patches? Does your PC's specs support NBA Live 2003? Do you have any conflicting hardware or software? Try disabling anti-virus software when you play.

I've found that a lot of unexplained crashes to the desktop (ie ones without an error message) are the result of problems with your video card. Try updating your video card's drivers.

Don't just uninstall the game automatically, you have to delete Live 2003's folder, see if it will work.
