Getting a laggy game after each quarter? READ HOW TO SOLVE!

After each quarter ends (or if you keep experiencing a laggy game) and the quarter menu shows up, simple press ALT + TAB to go minimize to the Desktop. Your framerates will not increase again when you press ALT + TAB to get back to the game. I figured this trick out a long time ago but I didn't tell anyone yet. Hope it works out.
