Created Players in the Draft

i apologise if this questions has been asked too much but here it goes. This is my situation.

I would like to create LeBron James (preferably download his cyberface), and make him appear in the 2003-2004 Draft (after the first franchise season is completed). I dont wont him available in franchise mode UNTIL he is drafted. And i want him to normally be drafted first, and occasionally the 2nd-3rd pick. IS THAT POSSIBLE
