This has been answered many, many times before. Next time do a search to see if your question had already been answered.
first you open up your bitmap in EAGE, than save it as bsho.fsh in the xplayer folder you mentioned. You can also use it for just home, away, classic, alternate and practice jerseys. In that order bsho_home, bsho_away, bsho_cl01 (01 being whatever number of classic jersey it is,) bsho_serd, and bsho_01 (If you have multiple practice jerseys, name it from 01 to 10) Of course that's all probably confusing to you, so just name it bsho_clxx, or bsho_prxx to start if you so choose to.
