Help- Can't Load the NLSC Roster

I unzipped it to my documents/nba live 2003/settings/all users/nba live 2003 folder but when I try to install, the screen comes up and dissappears so quickly that I can't read what the installation said. Then when I go into the game, the new rosters are no where to be found. Thanks in advance for any tips.

For some Windows XP users, the saves folders are stored in My Documents\NBA Live 2003 (same as Windows 98). Try unzipping it there.
