Cyberface Problems

hi,

I've tried to create some cyberfaces but they don't work in the game. Here's a screenshot.



Can somebody help me to solve the problem?

And a second question! Is it possible to change the hairs of an NBA Player Cyberface and aferwards to edit the cyberface?

for example: I use the cyberface of Kerry Kittles. But I need black short hair. And this face (kerry Kittles with black hairs) I need for creating a new cyberface.

I hope you can help me.

I got the same problem
The way i did it was the following
I extracted the fsh file from the original xplayer.viv with eagraph
then dragged it into the fshtool to get the bmp files
I used photoshop to modify the biggest bmp, when i finished modifying it,
i saved it and then dragged the index file back into the fshtool to get the player file.
Then i placed the player file into a folder under render/xplayer

that is what i got when his face shows up as well
