Sonics 1993-94 Jersey Patch

Hi, I'm making a Sonics jersey patch. I'm starting with just the numbers, but I can't get them to show quite right in the game, probably because I don't have any texture to them, the numbers don't seem like they blend in with the rest of the jersey; it even seems like some of the transparency color is "leaking" through in the number outline, even though I double-checked in Paint Shop Pro, and in EAGraph, the numbers look fine, and they look fine in-game close-up, but from a distance seem blurred and discolored.

If anyone could create the patch, I'd send the .png files I have so far for the numbers. Haven't gotten to the jersey yet, but I'm sure that's out there somewhere.
