Help in All Star Uniforms

I wanna edit the all star unis but I have a problem...

My players.dbf file on the saves/xxx folder only has 516 entries and I couldn't find my all star lineups and no one has a team of 30 or 31, but if I load the game the schedule is on feb 9 the all star game and when i check the starting lineups they're all there. Please help.
