Turning off cutscenes

Sigh.. Is there a way to turn off those cutscenes (the videos that are played when someon fouls, travels, etc). I got used to them in the beginning but after seeing them so many times they just get annoying. It says on the Preferences menu that you can turn down the frequency of cutscenes but those don't help at all. I don't get why EA would completely forget to do that when they were developing the game.

It was the same with NBA Live 2002, cut scenes cannot be turned off completely, only reduced to a minimum.

Pressing the PASS button during the cutscene will skip them. This also works during the pre-game introductions. It will jump to the tip off.

I know but I want it to do it automatically. I get fouled by some dumbass every 20 seconds so they have to keep showing those cutscenes.
