Freestyle in PC version??

I just wanted to know if the Freestyle is avalible in the PC version of NBA Live 2003 before i go out and buy a gamepad with analog sticks.

Keyboard Freestyle is very limited, pretty much you can only make 4 moves and only before you put the ball on the floor. Definately get a dual analogue gamepad.
