New All-Star Teams

Is It Possible to replace the old all-star team or even create a new one of the 2002-2003 all-stars?? Many hchanges have taken place on the East and West Teams since last season and I'm wondering if anyone out there can make a patch or, if there is a way, tell me how to change it on the DBF editor. Thanks!
