1 - Practice with a player improve his ratings?
2 - How can i make animated gifs with nba live screenshots.Wich program is needed?

1. No, you can't improve a player in practice mode (at least i think so)
2. Actually i dont know, sorry.

to make animated gifs there is image ready which is available with photoshop or Animation Shop 3 with Paint Shop Pro which is far easier to use.

But there are many others with even some free ones. have a look on google with "gif animator" or at download.com

first of all, you take 3 or 4 screenshots of your players then you compile your photo in a gif with a prog i told you just before.
