Rookies; jersey numbers; please read!

Hi!

I've got two problems:

1. When playing a season with a tweaked roster, the generated rookies are untweaked and therefore much better than the default tweaked players. It is unfair when the real players are tweaked to a max. FG of let's say 75 but the rookies are generated in the untweaked figures, having over 80...so the rookies are much more faster, hit more shots and so on.

So I have to tweak them but with which tool? I downloaded the 2k3 Ratingsprogram, 2k3stuff....there is a "tweak single" -> "rookies" options but it does not tweak them...but this tool works when I select all teams and players to be tweaked. But as I have tweaked them before (the real players) I cannot tweak all players again, the rookies would be tweaked but the real players would be re-tweaked, they would be tweaked to the speed of a snail...

What is the best way to tweak ONLY the rookies that are created after each season in franchise mode? Which program / tool should I usw?

2. Another sad thing are jersey numbers. If you had Ewing with #33 and traded (just as an example) Starks for Pippen, both Ewing and Pippen had #33...when signing free agents and trading players in Live 2000, the jersey numbers automatically changed...if you received a player with number 50 and you already had one with that number on your roster, he automatically got 51...so each player had his own number.

Now, unfortunately, Live 2003 is a step back...they made a mistake that had already been solved. You have a number 10, sign a free agent with number 10 and then you have two 10s on your roster which really sucks. You can change the numbers manually for YOUR team but adjusting all numbers for all teams (after all FA signings, trades and rookie signings) would be way to much work.

Any ideas?
