Change players Hair

Hi

How can i changer players hair,on default players?
Players don't have the same apperance all the season,and i would like to change haircuts.
Help me...

with a dbf editor
change the line
hairtype

Thanks,but the values are all 0,except 2 or 3 players....
Is this normal?
What can i do?
