editting players

Postby jaredsox on Sat Dec 07, 2002 12:50 am

I have tried to tone down Wilt Chamberlain so he scores about 32 points a game. It seems that no matter what changes I make, he still scores 50 points a game. I have used tweaked rosters and have a great league going. I have about 10 players averaging about 32 points a game. I even tried to create him all over and still 50 points a game. You may want to try my idea with my league. I took the 12 worst teams and added a legends center to them. I am at the all-star break and all my races are so close. I just wish that i could correct Wilt Chamberlain.
Take care,
Jay

If Chamberlain is on a bad team, then he is the "man" of that team, hence the high scoring. Also, I think he did avg. around 37 pts. over his career, so him scoring 50 is not ludicrous.

lower the primacy
its rates the player will to score

i.e. (for example)

6ers
iverson primacy 96
e snow primacy 69
so u will most likely see most of the points coming from iverson
“He's a good dude, in my opinion. And he's definitely one of the strongest people mentally that I've ever been around. I think everybody here kind of looks up to him for that. He's the man. ” — Lamar Odom on Kobe Bryant

Adjusting primacy only affects gameplay...not simmed stats. To lower/raise Chamberlain's (or anyone's) simmed scoring avg. you need to click on his Developement (D) Stats and edit FGA's and FGM-proportionately so that his FG% stays the same.
