it's a compressed archive... like zip... and ace... etc...

so i jus take the file and put it into my live/render/xteam folder? or do i hav to do sum kind of special editing

u use winrar to open up the file and inside are ur fsh and viv files... its like winzip and winace... its used to compress files so u can download it faster
