FRANCHISE SALARY CAP EDITING?

Is there a way to edit and exsisting saved franchise's salary cap? I edited the salary file in C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA Live 2003\felogic but didn't see it take effect in my exsisting franchise so assuming it will only be effect in a newly created franchise?

Would like to be able to edit my current franchise's salary cap settings as once you play enough season, all teams are like 1 mil over the cap and all the good FA's get signed for 1 year minimums once you move past free agent signings so want to correct this. Thanks!

Ehm, I think there is a felogic thingie in the saves folders, right?

I'm not sure, just trying to help, it's worth a shot. In the directory you saved your franchise in, try looking to see if there is a salary file in there, if not...I'm sorry.

There is no salary file in the saves folder. Does one of the dbf files maybe hold this info?

I don't think anyone's had any success changing the salary cap for a Franchise already in progress. If someone has, I'm sure we'd all appreciate information on how it can be accomplished.
