Funny, my morph mesh maps have different values. It's also named playerloda.o.map and not playerloda_o_.map

31 ..40,6136,144..1,40,161092

I'm willing to bet 6136 is a decimal offset. Each time I search a decimal offset using the number after "40,"(6136, 161092, 866408), I notice 4 zeroes to the left of the offset.

Here's what my map file looks like in notepad.

Code:
 31
0,40,6136,144
1,40,161092,166
2,40,351608,492
3,40,866408,878
4,40,1729248,299
5,40,2023652,54
6,40,2086576,160
7,40,2246452,48
8,40,2297796,48
9,40,2349320,52
10,40,2411680,205
11,40,2613176,194
12,40,2627392,47
13,40,2676504,194
14,40,2690720,47
15,40,2739832,194
16,40,2754048,47
17,40,2803160,194
18,40,2817376,47
19,40,2868228,44
20,40,2915556,44
21,40,2961144,194
22,40,2975376,47
23,40,3024488,194
24,40,3038720,47
25,40,3087832,194
26,40,3102064,47
27,40,3151176,194
28,40,3165408,47
29,40,3226656,295
30,40,3519112,102

They are most likely the parts, or just the parts where the headshape's values are injected. I'm guessing based on my limited knowledge. Hope you figure it out.

Yup your morphmesh has different values because that is 04's. . . I have adjusted some of mine to 03 by just guessing but I think your query may shed somelight on where I can get the values. . . thanks PDub

*anxiously awaits jersey and player model edits*

Oedit is not hard to use and is alot easier then any EBO editor because you get a 3d preview of the model and the texture(once the texture is loaded of course). You can also edit the UVmapping so you might be able to convert cyberfaces from any version of live without changing the texture. Well, you would have to at the very least copy and paste the face and then blend it, but you wouldn't have to move the eyes, nose or lips because you can just move the vertices to match when UVmapping.

Hmm...what I want to do is take the Patrick Ewing 2003 head model and have it work in Live 2004. I understand the texture mapping part, it's just getting the model converted that I'm wondering about.....

I don't know how to convert headshapes. If you can give me two headshapes, one from 03 and one from 04, I'll take a look at them but I don't have the game installed.

o ok cool...i thought it was harder than that to figure out
