DBF editing with Microsoft Access

Hi, can someone help me the basics about DBF editing with Access? I want to create many rosters but I'm too lazy to type every sngle value in DBCommander

i havent used access, but you can open and edit the files with excel and open office's version of excel. Know that many years ago excel would sometimes corrupt the dbf file, but Ive never had an issue with open office.
